The project site is on a prominent road of Dhanmondi. The typical highrises seen in Dhaka are mostly formed as orthogonal grid. We see sharp edges when pass by. With all concretes and bricks and bituminous roads, a building add a little bit more rigidity to our cityscape. To break this monotony the design was conceived as a circular and free flowing form. It does not have sharp edges in front sides and gives a peaceful view to spectators. The screens are like free flowing lines formed from earth and rising upward. The clients demand for creating an icon in this area is has been reasonable.
