The basic perception of electricity that is perceived by us is in a form of a circuit board diagram which has been articulated in this design through its symbolic interpretation with the outer climatic protection shield known as architecturally louver and Finn. The podium has been designed to hold the dynamic building mass. The functions in this two distinct expressive mass is derived from very basic functional requirement of the program given by the DESCO Authority. A buffer floor space has been designed in between, that comprises common facilities, holds the two masses together.
