The site is in Dhanmondi and only two plots inner from Satmasjid road. It is a compact urban architecture. South faced building is staggered in front to ensure self shading and the frames work as shading devices. The void in the middle of east facade provides cross ventilation. Each room of this project gets maximum light and air. Over hanged sunshades on the west facade keeps the building shaded from harsh heat and light from west. The building has lots of gardens, planters and roof landscape was an effort to bring some green in.
