This project is located at Iqbal Road which is one of the renowned residential area of Dhaka city. The project is on a corner plot having roads on south and east side. From the very beginning of the design we have tried to make the building to get maximum aperture towards south east, in summer time the desired air flows from south and south east corner the building is designed in such a manner so that it can capture maximum desired air during harsh summer. A small child play area is designed towards south east corner which will also make a setback for the building for the passerby. Generally when we pass a corner plot we see two facades on 90 degree angle, this fact has been broken here, the arbritrary angles flows on corner in a circular shape, and trickily blends the two facades into one.
